"I just got the elite 100 blades from some chump in the Fort Ranik mission. I remembered him from my first time through and made a note to revisit him after getting a signet. I don't remember his name but I just kept going to the first boss and restarting until I got the warrior boss. So any warriors out there looking for 100 blades, it's easy to get, just might take a few restarts. ** his name is Spar the Ravager"
Note that if you go against him alone, we won't use the skill, take a henchman with you and stand close together, then he uses it

I have killed Spar the Ravager twice now, once with a henchman and once without. It is my understanding that you don't have to worry about bosses using a skill to capture it anymore, but I may be mistaken. In the two times I killed him he did not have hundred blades.

The locations of elites changed a while back when they removed them from bosses before the Desert Missions. So now to get elites you have to be doing the Desert Ascension missions or in the advanced ice regions or the ring of fire.
100 blades is actually one of the hardest to get now as you can only get it from the very last mission (won't spoil it for you).
