Thank you for considering membership in DOA. Please provide us with a little information about your character. A council member will review your application and contact you within 48 hours. Please note, you really should have been sent here by a current DOA member. Their recomendation is usually needed for an application to be fully considered.

Currently new prospects go through several steps to become members of DOA

1. The prospect is sent to our web page to fill out an application

2. The application is discussed among the guild council

3. The prospect is contacted by two or more Council members and given an initial interview to make sure there is nothing that would exclude that person from joining or wanting to join DOA.

4. The prosepct is made a guild member with a 30 day probationary period to make it easier for the members at large to get aquainted.

5. A final vote is taken after the Council members have discussed any potential problems expressed by DOA members. Any No vote from the Council is an automatic turn down on membership. This may seem a bit harsh, but we're a family and we trust each other. We fully expect any DOA member to be DOA forever. A No vote is not a slight toward the prospect at all. We're an odd group and a No vote could be a compliment <g>.
